  The food was okay but I went to the toilet and there was a waiter having a wee he never washed his hands! All the waiters seem like they can't be bothered to serve you asked for the bill took them 20mins to bring it over. If you like big portions then this is the place for you.

  Absolutely terrible!!! Terrible service and terrible food. I went in alone for lunch and when the waiter came to take my order i asked if I could have another minute as I hadn't made up my mind yet. Well the staff proceeded to ignore me for another 30 minutes no matter how much i tried to signal to them i was ready (bare in mind it wasn't remotely busy) when I asked one staff member passing my table could he take my order he just shrugged and walked off. When someone finally did take it I ordered a burger and chips with gravy, and a glass with just ice in it, he then questioned why I wanted ice and when I said I have a bottle of water he just gave me a dirty look and walked off. The burger was the worst I've ever had, completely disintegrated when touched, rock hard egg in it and overcooked burger. Gravy tasteless, may as well have dipped my chips in water. Staff are as ignorant as they come and I never got my glass with ice. Don't bother going in here unless you want to leave in a bad mood.

  TERRIBLE place would not recommend it at all !!!! When we arrived we stood and waited to look for a table, my wife nipped to the toilet whilst my I went to the bar. When we got back one of the waiters was shouting at my teenage children because they had seen a table and dared to sit down without permission! He said there was a queue but nobody else was waiting and by this time there were other tables available. My wife asked him what the problem was but did say to him she didn't appreciating him approaching my children in this way as they were visible upset, and he could have just spoke to me when I returned. Well this cascaded the whole situation into a farce, the waiter had a huge rant at us shouting and waving his arms about, in front of the whole bar, we asked him several times to calm down and to stop being aggressive towards us but he just continued. He then stormed off and started telling all the other waiters so he was pointing at us and still ranting. None of the other waiters came to try and sort the situation out they all just avoided us. A couple in the bar approached us and said he had been aggressive towards them when they arrive aswel and they were not happy with their treatment and were leaving. We had paid for drinks at this point so we decided to just drink up and go but then the waiter return to us and told us we were not having another drink as he had told all the other staff not to serve us !! The whole situation was completely uncalled for, he humiliated my whole family with his aggressive and arrogant attitude and we would never return there. They need some serious customer service training if they want to function as a successful business.

  The only thing this place has going for it is it's huge portion sizes. The food is pretty average though and the service pretty slack. The waiters are more interested in chatting amongst themselves or waiving to people in the street than serving customers. If you want a huge plate full of ok and affordable food then this will do.
