  Nice hotel complex, quite large but well scattered. Own areas for adults (Pool, Restaurant). Easy reachable by Car, large parking. A bit apart from Puerto del Carmen center, but supermarket, shops and bars within walking distance.

  I regret I don’t seem to have had the same experience as others who have reviewed. The hotel itself is well maintained and the rooms lovely. The service however has been really quite poor at times which in my opinion is the making of a good hotel. Notices in the rooms asking you to call reception for more water are met with fairly rude responses about using water coolers to top up bottles (these are usually empty). Some of the bar staff are very helpful and friendly, others as an example, refused to serve me if I didn’t move from where I was waiting at one end to immediately in front of them. I’m recovering from a foot injury and making me move over was met with no consideration and an almost deliberately rigid approach, whether intended or not. I shall post another review when I leave but really quite a disappointing experience to date

  Beautiful tidy and clean hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Grounds around this hotel are immaclate. All staff work hard to make your stay as easy as possible. Four pools to suit all tastes, 1 only adults area and pool to chill without any kids is big plus for this hotel. Plenty of food to choose from at meal times only downfall is because this is an all inclusive hotel food could be warmer. All said and done we probably will be back next year. Stars out of 5........ ...........4 1/2 because of the food.

  Top hotel, everywhere day and night inside and outside clearead up. New and clean sanitary equipment. Delicious meals at the buffet. Absolutely friendly staff. Especially for children you can spend great holidays here. Although it is located close to the airport (5 minutes) we did NOT hear any disturbing noise if doors are closed.

  Good location. Rooms are lovely. Food is nice but sometimes lukewarm unfortunately. Staff are friendly and helpful. All amenities are to a high standard.

  There are enough parking places around the hotel. You will find a supermarket on the way to the beach. With your room card you get the permission for a shortcut to the beach through the hotel garden.
