  The location is great because very quiet and inside the city. You can park your car outside very easily. Price is very competitive and apartment is great and functional.

  We've been staying at SFP for 6 years now - home from home. Cheap & cheerful - what you see is what you get but it's clean, comfortable & central. Staff are all pleasant & helpful.

  Lovely quiet place 2 mins walk to a choice of 3 shops and 1min the closest bar. No bar in the apartments but superbly tranquil by the pool. if you are body conscious this is a great spot as every shape was comfortable here. pic is the view from apartment 250

  My mother is just home from these apartments no tv distusting horrible place;small dated depressing light wires hanging out of the ceiling woujd not recommend she left after one night could not stick it decour was verry bad for the price of it not happy

  Rules are no children or noise you pay 5 euro for a cushion to put on your Sun lounger and if you need a parasol you rent them for 1 euro a day these charges I have never come across there a few signed up saying don't do this and don't do that .

  Very good place to stay in Lanzarote. Very close to beach (under 100m), supermarkets , restaurants, stores and spa.
