  Cheapest hotel in Lanzarote. It was just what I needed. There isn't toilets in the rooms, but that wasn't a problem because of the price. There is nothing that was bad about the hotel. I didn't want to pay out for luxury hotels. There is no pool, but this doesn't matter as you can go in the pools of all the other hotels.

  I ran a photography workshop on Lanzarote and wanted somewhere clean, quiet and simple to stay and Pension Magec exceeded all expectations. My single room was small and had an en-suite shower and toilet. It was spotlessly clean, made up every day, entirely adequate and excellent value. Staff are very friendly and helpful, there's a small shared kitchenette for residents, a balcony with views of the beach which is 5 mins walk down the road. Tucked away from the night life it is surprisingly quiet yet there are some excellent restaurants a few minutes walk away. If you're looking for a holiday style apartment this probably is not for you. I would describe it as an up-market backpackers hotel. I'll be back for next year.

  Really nice terrace with ocean view. Free tea and cofee, fridge is available to use. There is also kitchen. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
