  Very good hotel, close to the beach and local CC. Wheelchair access across the resort, though WiFi isnt great in the rooms.

  We only had the pleasure of spending four nights here before my husband was taken into hospital and consequently airlifted to Gran Canaria for open heart surgery. Our stay there in the first four days was wonderful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well furnished and very pleasantly situated in front of the pool. The complex is equally well placed, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach. It is sad that we could not spend more time here. However, I MUST applaud the Manageress and reception staff. They were incredibly attentive (automatically contacting and informing the local hospital that a resident of theirs was in the hospital, informing them of our room number and asking them to contact them in any case of emergency). As soon as I decided I needed to make the flight to Gran Canaria, they assisted in arranging an immediate flight for me and even organised for me to be met in Gran Canaria and taken immediately to the hospital there. This care, above and beyond their 'duty', was priceless. I thank them so much for helping me in my time of need. My husband is now well recovered and we are, at this moment, planning a return visit to Lanzarote. Thank you.

  It's been some time since I've been on a sun holiday. I can tell u I will be back here next year. Loved everything about the Nautilus. The apartments are spotlessly clean. Services 6 days a week. Tidy little kitchen. Fine big wet room bathroom and cumfy beds. This complex has a small shop in basement ..has all the standard breakfast and lunch items and not overly dear. Lovely little deck area outside to dine at..read and snooze . 2 pools, one kiddy and one standard. Water is freezing but refreshing once ur in!! Extra small charge of €2 a day for safe. Extra charge of €7 a day for air con. It's 10am and it's already beautifully warm but lovely and quiet. A small breakfast buffet is available at €7 day for brekkie if u want to totally escape the kitchen . No bar/ nightlife here which suits me had enough of the drunken noisy parties. Pool side apts are noisier during day with kids laughter and splashing ...silent at night. If you are looking for a nice relaxing location ..very wheelchair and disability friendly too.. this is your spot !!! I can not find a fault with it....

  Amazing place especially if you are in a wheelchair........ Lovely art around.... and so clean... best WiFi ever each appartment has its own router.... staff can't do enough for you there brilliant xx
