  Good staff, clear and tidy rooms, silent environment, big pool, big balconies, good food, very close to beach and easy access for the beach, very close to a barrowing bike store and supermarkets. There is a bus station, taxi station at just a couple of miles. Good choice per overalls.

  180116--22 Hotel Lanzarote Village has improved since last year. Better food, faster service and most important of all; higher level of serviceminded staff! Thank you all for good service! Job well done!

  Booked this hotel to celebrate my 50th birthday after visiting on numerous occasions in the past. This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. I booked a standard room which was upgraded to a room at the back of the hotel which overlooked the car park to one side and partial sea view in the distance. From the moment we entered the room we noticed small ants running all over the wall near to the beds. Thinking this was just a one off I managed to kill them only to find theyd increased in numbers within minutes. They were all over the bathroom top and sink. Crawling on the bed, on the tables. Everywhere. This was reported to reception twice who sent a maintenance guy and head of cleaning who sprayed ant killer but there were still more appearing and I was left a canister of ant killer. This was supposed to be a relaxing celebration holiday but all I seemed to do was kill ants. Reception were fab at trying to sort it out. In all the times we have visited this was the only time wed ever had a problem. I will be returning next year and would have no problem recommending this hotel. As long as its not room 1431. Will pay the supplement next year to a sea view room.

  Christmas dinner buffet very impressive as with the dinner buffets every other night, breakfast ok, entertainment very poor, would not recommend all inclusive either. staff friendly and helpful, Georgie was great at organising very enjoyable day time activities for the adults.
