  Hotel was clean and staff were lovely. Breakfast was great but dinner only passable. Young guy on reception very friendly and helpful. On top of a steep hill so be prepared to get a lot of taxis

  hotel was clean and staff were excellent, however no air con and television was poor. buffet was less than average. hot food cold and pretty much the same every day. hotel located in a great location. would stay there again, not on half board or all inclusive

  Not suitable for children, Not family friendly. Very basic, not worth the money we paid to stay here. If you get a good cheap price and don't have young children a reasonable place to stay. Most of the staff friendly and helpful.

  As per so many other holiday makers arrived to find that there had been a burst pipe in our room if you check other sites too you find this a common problem. It is standard excuse with their over booking. I have an ongoing complaint on this matter with ABTA at present.

  5th time we have stayed here in 3 years.Don't come here expecting the ritz but excellent value for money,food is good with a varied menu and in a lovely location near the old town and harbour.Clean and with friendly staff that go out of their way to make it a happy holiday.
