  It seems very nice when you enter the lobby... But it is really not nice to stay!! It's like an expensive factory and when you ask for another room because yours is above the partyroom and next to the washroom they 'punish' you with an even worse room. The food is greasy and all tastes the same. You have the opportunity to eat at there Italian restaurant on the weekend but then you have to pay double. My advise: don't book this hotel.

  Not for couples looking for good entertainment. Suppose to be all inclusive but food only served at certain times of the day and most of it was cold. Drinks undrinkable, cocktails cam ready made like a child slushie, staff professional but could be bit more friendly, very clean, rooms beautiful hotel beautiful but not for couple's to far away from main amenities. Not for me not enough facilities for adults.

  We went for half board and the food was nearly always cold. Had a row about getting water from the dispenser. It is forbidden unless you are on a special package. It cost 5.20 Euro for two wine glasses filled with beer. Some of the staff are unfriendly but the ladies who look after the rooms you couldn't meet nicer folk. Water and tea etch is free for breakfast. Management suggested we fill water bottles in the morning and bring them down at dinner time. Rooms were ok and breakfast was fine but would probably not return.

  We had a good experience when we went last year. Good facilities including programmes for children and next to the beach. Apart from the occasional wind, it is perfect. Just remember to wake up early as the sunbeds will be taken! Food was awesome.
