  Lovely hotel located on the promenade with a deep sandy beach in front. The grounds are a good mix of sun and shade with lots of waving palms. Food here is of a very high standard. Rooms are well appointed with large balconies and comfortable beds. The staff are excellent at every level.

  Great hotel, very clean, excellent food. Location couldn't be better - just across the road from the beach, a short walk away from bars & restaurants, or a slightly longer walk from the main strip of Puerto del Carmen

  Nice but little dated hotel. Staff are very friendly and hotel is immaculately clean. Situated near Puerto del Carmen and across the road from huge beach. Would recommend this hotel and may visit in future.

  Can't praise highly enough. Staff are so hard working and so friendly. The food is great. Lots of choice. Clean tidy environment. The only downside is having to endure smoking in public areas including round the pool which to a non smoker is a spoiler. The resort is so tidy and clean. Transport is good. Not much for children really. More a restful place to chill out enjoy a massage and recharge batteries. We shall return to see the lovely smiley Fran on reception! the crazy Manuel who joins in with all the fun and finally to remind the fab bar staff how to make a lumumba! If cleanliness is next to godliness this is surely a corner of heaven x
