  Distinctly average place at the top of a hill. Not ideal for wheel chair users. Staff were friendly enough and food was not too bad. No entertainment as such and pool bar area and pool were really showing their age. It's not somewhere you can have a "good night in" at, unless you want a quiet sombre time. Drinks were limited and not the best quality. Alcoholic drinks were served in the smallest glasses possible and wine was very bitter to the taste. The apartment was ok, but the view was very limited. Living area seemed quite fresh to the feel but the beds were not very comfortable. The best thing about this was the steak restaurant at the bottom of the hill

  Great location sea room 22 pound extra a week 35 if you book when you arrive pot luck. Food good varried no entertainment not right on alcohol measures free cocktails nice pool friendly staff. Very clean

  Ok. Dated and could be cleaner. Some staff maybe pretended not to speak English when it suited them. Pool ok. Close and convenient to everything. Excellent car hire across the road

  the location of the hotel is quite close by the main strip of Puerto del Carmen and has a nice pool and bar area. The room is only slightly dirty (bottom of bathtub dirt, dirty floors - not visibly but all over your socks). We were given a double room for two of us with a sea view, which is very spacious and has a good amount of storage, reception were kind and assisting and overall it's a good experience so far (other than the socks!!)
