  Really enjoyed our stay here. Simple but very clean and everything you need on site. The room was a good size, well laid out with a simple kitchen, comfortable beds and was cleaned every other day. It is close to the airport which is great as the transfer was very short but expect some noise from the aircraft in the day time. Short walk to the beach and shops which was very clean. Ideal spot for families as its away from the busier parts of the resort. Taken over by Thompson while we were there and the restaurant had a much need makeover but as a result it lost a bit of charter, in particular the food which was freshly prepared to then being frozen and microwaved. We ordered a baked potato it arrived promptly with a good level of service but even though it was wrapped in foil it had been cooked in a microwave which was a little disappointing. I would stay there again in the future.

  Floors dirty, cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, shower drain full of hair and toilet seat needed cleaning underneath. Bathroom tiles had a nice decoration of long black hair.

  Bad points....lack of kitchen equipment, would've liked tin opener, colander, small saucepan, wine glasses chopping board..Fridge had to be on 4 to be cold or it defrosted, consequently salad stuff and milk etc froze, had to throw stuff away.

  Great cheap holiday, nice rooms, supermarket on site and a nice little bar for drinks and snacks . On the down side is the noise from airplane only being 10 minutes away from the airport but this is reflected in the price of holiday try to get rooms 153 to 163 for ground floor rooms with sun on them all day or rooms 101 to 109 for straight into pool ! We had 137 near reception which had a good terrace with benches and places to put your bicycle when you rent them.Hope this helps ??? Enjoy

  We had a late deal with TUI but would be extremely peed off if had paid a lot of money. Forgot, takes ages for hot water to come through, so wasting water that way.

  Enjoy stay here. Apartments near pool do not get Sun during winter. Restaurant food quality has gone down. Also expensive for what you get.

  This was are first visit to Lanzarote so our first time at the San Marcial apartments. It was a lovely friendly place good for family's to stay as the pool area got noisy with all the children there. Breakfast was very good all English food cooked well. We ate there in the evening a couple of times both meals were excellent. Over all yes we would stay again.
