  Towels are changed twice a week. Ours were changed 4 and 6 days into a week long stay. The apartment and pool area were clean.

  Beds hard and shower got cold after 5 mins. However only 10 mins walk to beach. Receptionist nice friendly.

  Despite all of this we actually enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and polite. The pool area was particularly quiet at all times. Our recommendation would be to take a 1st floor room away from the bins.

  Just what I wanted to escape the cold weather from the UK in December. Yeah sure, there is a little noise from next door neighbours, but otherwise it is perfectly peaceful and close to the ‘strip’. The apartment is really well equipped and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. I also need to say that it is very clean and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Only on Day 2 of my holiday and can’t wait to come back here, brilliant!!

  The location of the apartments are about a 15 minute walk away from the beach and main strip. They provide various self catering apartments provided with an electric hob, microwave, general kitchen utensils, a toaster and kettle. I'm the living g room there was a TV and sofa bed. The kitchen and living room are open plan. The bedroom contained a safe which in order to use a small deposit and a fee had to be paid.

  The bathroom contained a shower and a bath. The shower when in use lasted around 5 minutes before the water turned cold. Reheating took approximately 30 to 45 minutes. I couldn't wait to get to the sea.

  Aloe apartments are located in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen but with easy access to all the local amenities including beach shops bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool and garden areas are particularly well kept and maintained daily by friendly staff. The lady on reception was very welcoming and extremely helpful with information. Would certainly not hesitate to make a future booking here.
