  My wife and i came for a few days. Lovely place. Spotless clean and friendly staff. We had been in Lanzarote a few weeks previous in a 4 star hotel so we werent expecting too much but we were really surprised at how nice it is. Great place for couples. Close to the beach and strip in the new town. Would highly recommend.

  Stayed here many times. Great location and excellent pool bar. Rooms clean and kitchen well stocked including microwave. The only down side, as always, are the reception staff. They seem go out of their way to not accommodate you. We asked to keep tbe room on this week and as always it was a straight no, We are fully booked . There are over half the rooms empty. Very unhelpful as always

  Excellent value for money. For the price the hotel is clean, well kept and is in a superb location to the main strip

  Just a short walk to everything. Use the bus download the app. Apartment is clean and the pool is great. Do use the on site bar for breakfast and dinner g r 8 food generous portion s and the BBQ is a must. This is a nice place to stay and quiet.

  What a fantastic place to stay, staff are so friendly and helpful near all the amenities I have stopped here 3 times and would be the only place I would ever stop in puerto del carmen
