  Lovely Two Bedroom Apt on top floor - great views, double balcony. Very comfortable. Nice quite complex with pool.

  It is a hotel which has been changed to a residential complex. Some owners do let their apartments out to long let tenants or short lets for holiday makers. There are no bars or entertainment, but Aguazul is in a quiet location only a five minute walk from the main drag which offers many bars, restaurants, and shops, and over looks the beach. Easy access to bus routes only five minutes walk in each direction depending on the destination.

  Quiet, well located, secure appt complex with lovely pool, kiddies pool and clean playground. 3rd year here in the same complex, and it has improved every year, it's well taken care of. Used to be a hotel by the looks of the facilities but now it's mostly residential, with a mix of perm residents, expats and holiday maker's. Couple with one toddler.
